Amarok 2 on F10 shows blank screen

Ok.
I updated Amarok to 2.0.
No problem.
Same loading picture like yours.
You can configure Amarok from settings->Configure Amarok.

I know how to configure Amarok and use Amarok, I used Amarok 2 Beta without any problems. But when Amarok 2 got released something got broken... so now I cannot browse collection and can't manage my playlist because the screen is blank, or to be more exact grey-like. I do not understand how you can have the same picture and say everything is ok...

When I downgrade to Amarok 2 beta I have no problems at all....

The previous picture you gave was similar to me(loading picture grey like).
I mean no problem to run a file with Amarok 2.0.

i have the same problems with amarok as well weeks ago, that's why I just settled for rhythmbox. Never knew what went wrong though.

are desktop effects or compiz in use? If so, what video hw/driver is in use?

Confirmed here after update. Plays well my last stream (somafm btw ;-) ) but the screen is blank. And once again I'm asking "Why the heck you want to risk half of the user-base amarok has achieved?" First by the awful alpha-release of 1.9 then by an update that probably forces you to delete all amarok files...
oh and by the way: I deleted .kde/share/apps/.amarok and it didn't help :-(

I had the same problem, but I managed to get amarok to work by deleting ~/.kde/share/config/amarok* and restarting amarok.
