Virtual Host help

I got one of my sites to work but the other one is giving me a 403 Forbidden error.
"You don't have permission to access / on this server."

Here is the virtual host part of my httpd.conf.

<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName www.abilenestreetscene.info
ServerAlias www.abilenestreetscene.info *.abilenestreetscene.info *.abilenestreetscene.info/*
DocumentRoot /home/ASS/public_html/
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName www.lsxswaping.com
ServerAlias www.sxswaping.com *.sxswaping.com *.sxswaping.com/*
DocumentRoot /home/LSX/public_html/
</VirtualHost>

www.abilenestreetscene.info works and www.lsxswaping.com gives me the error
Any idea of what I am leaving out? I can change DocumentRoot of lsxswaping to point to /home/ASS/public_html and it works fine. I have tried changing the folder to 777 and that doesn't help. I know it is something small and dumb that I haven't done.

LOL All that work and I forgot to set my LSX folder to the right to 755.
