How can I disable automatic updates in Fedora 10?
Hello everybody.
Tonight at last I got around to install Fedora 10 x86_64 in my main laptop, and since I had had a good experience with the beta release I expected this to be smooth as well.
There is only one thing I want to change in Fedora 10, and that is to disable the automatic update feature (PackageKit?). It was previously pretty simple to disable pup and be done, but now I can not find PackageKit anywhere to disable it.
It is not that I don't want to get updates any more, but what I want is to CONTROL the way updates are installed (as well as the timings) and for that I want to use YUMEX (which now complains something else is on the way).
Thanks.
Joe.
