fedora installation on Microsoft Virtual PC

I have also tried doing this on an XP machine with MS virtual PC, i got the same result.
Any ideas anyone?

Probably not much help but have you considered using virtualbox instead of virtual pc? It has far better linux support and from what i have read fedora 10 installs just fine in it.

Although I haven't tried 10 yet, this looks similar to issues that I had when I was trying to install 7, 8 & 9. I posted some tips on my blog that might help:

I never did write it up as a complete install procedure, but these generally work.
