D-link DIR 320 Wireless Router Setup

My desktop fedora 9 was connected to D-link DIR 320 wireless router via a VDSL modem, but was uable to obtain ppp0 ip on startup and unable to browse the web on Firefox. I was able to ping google.com though.. .

Do I need to install a driver or setup anything to be able to browse the web?

if your firefox aint working check to see if its on work online an not work offline by going to FILE > Drop down Menu

Firefox is set to online.. so thats' not the problem. I cant' use Pidgin too.

I was wrong. When I ping google.. It was not the ip as expected... Other IPs was pinged un successfully.

How can I connect to the Router?

you will need to install the wireless drivers .. checkout Dangermouses Script linked in my sig or download ndiswrapper from livna

hmm... Machine A on linux was connected to the wireless router on a wire; while Machine B on WIndows was connected to the wireless router via 802.11b..

It is machine A that need help. I hit 192.168.0.1 on Firefox and was prompted a D-link php generated login page. The default password is Admin with blank password. But It returned login error after I logined with the details above. I have clicked the reset button but still in vail...
