Video issue after acsessing digital camera

Here is the low-down as to what happened. I accessed my sisters digital camera to grab some pictures. At 1st f spot gave me a bit of trouble, but I got it to work(I realized afterwards it takes a while for the pictures and the mounting process to complete). Afterwards all worked well and was fine. I came back to my computer that night and my Nvidia driver was not working and my screen resolution is messed up of course. I reboot and so far as of last night and today everything is fine. I am making the assumption that the digital camera issue I had is the cause. Forgive me but these things tend to make me paranoid. Any ideas guys?
