Bug Buddy throws "Network Connection Error" in Fedora Core 9

Hello

I'm pretty new to Linux (a little experience with FC6 in the past). I have installed Fedora Core 9 recently.
I had these problems :
  • Evince crashes for no reason on opening a particular pdf file (no difficulty with other files, only this one).

It throws an exception which caught by Bug Buddy. But then,
  • when I try to submit the bug buddy report I get this "Network Connection Error" screen.

And in fact my connection works just fine. So I'm obliged to store the reports.

So my request is:
1) please tell me how to configure bug buddy to see the internet conection
2) please tell me if there is a way to disable bug buddy without uninstalling it

Thanks in advance

P.S. : xpdf allows me to dodge Evince when reading pdf files - so first bug is not much of an issue for me
