xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-96xx conflicts with xorg-x11-drv-nvidia
I have been reading a lot and trying many different commands to resolve a "nvidia.ko for kernel 22.214.171.124-76.fc9.i686 not found" after I did an upgrade from F7 to F9. Originally I had an x window to put my login and pw but never got further than that.
Now with the nvidia-96xx drv disabled and an xorg.conf file that I have manipulated or better put --mutilated--, I am not sure what to do.
Right now I am trying to yum install or update kmod-nvidia with processing Conflicts ending in ERROR: xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-96xx conflicts with xorg-x11-drv-nvidia
What gives here?
