Using openssh on Fedora 9??

I have a commercial ssh2 tunnel on windows (Total Net Shield from Anonymizer.com), with a username/pw/proxy server. I wonder how do I use it on fedora with openssh to encrypt http traffic. I'm quite a new convert to linux...

Thanks in advance.
