mesa-libGL conflicts xorg-x11-server-Xorg

Just installed fc8 recently.

While trying to do an update with yum using

Code:

yum update

I get the following about 4mins into the update:

--> Restarting Dependency Resolution with new changes.
--> Running transaction check
--> Processing Dependency: kernel-i686 = 2.6.24.5-85.fc8 for package: kmod-nvidia-2.6.24.5-85.fc8
---> Package kdebase.i386 6:3.5.9-7.fc8 set to be updated
--> Processing Dependency: libsensors.so.3 for package: kdebase
--> Processing Dependency: libldap-2.3.so.0 for package: kdebase
--> Processing Dependency: libssl.so.6 for package: kdebase
--> Processing Conflict: mesa-libGL conflicts xorg-x11-server-Xorg < 1.4.99.901-14

which continually loops.

I assume this has something to do with my nvidia drivers, however I have installed kmod-nvidia and also tried updating xorg-x11-server-Xorg.

I am fairly new to fedora so this has stumped me.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated...

Kernel is... 2.6.24.5-85.fc8

xorg-x11-server-Xorg < 1.4.99.901-14 is a F9 package !!!

Check your repos and disable development
