Dual Boot Bootloader

I was recently clicking that blue Check Icon on the top right of my screen. I did some updates, but now there seems to be the following list when choosing the OS when booting.
1.Fedora, then some numbers, had a 15 in it somewhere
2.Fedora, then some numbers, had a 11 in it somewhere
3.Windows XP

Is that because of the updates, if so, I want to remove one from list. Also which one should i remove?

The Fedora "numbers" you are reading are referred to different kernel versions, 2.6.11 and 2.6.15.
It's wise to keep two diffent kernel, in case something goes wrong with the newer you can fallback to the older.

gedit /etc/grub.conf

remove only the lines concerned to your old kernel but if you don't know what you're doing, just forget this.
