How to install Fedora Core from the harddrive?

Is it possible to download and install Fedora Core from the harddrive? I am running Red Hat Linux 9 and do not have a CD or DVD burner. I read the Download information for Fedora Core on the Red Hat website, but that seems to only apply to installing from CD or DVD.

Thank you.
