Question how to install fedora on vfat ?

How to install fedora from scratch on vfat partition using loop device ? as old mandrake 8.1 (lnx4win)
or how to copy exiting normal installation(on EX3 FS partition) into vfat partition on loop back device and boot from DOS (loadlin)?

Hi lo2005,

Although I'm not experienced in doing this, I do point out that vfat is extremely slow, if not the slowest fs, for obvious reasons.

If you find out how to accomplish this before someone answers, please shout back!

Unhappy

I used mandrake 8.1 (lx4win installation) in past, and it was speed enough. It uses loop back root file system .but this installation(lx4win ) stooped in new mandrake 9.2 so I changed to Fedora .I tried to make root file system from my existing installation using help from this resource

http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Loopback-Root-FS.html

but I failed because it old information published in 1999 for kernel 2.0 or 2.2.
Can any one give us a full detailed explanation how to make loop back file system for fedora core1?
