how to configure WINS entry of windows in fedora2

i am on windows network. i have a dual boot desktop.i use dhcp to get the ip.
but i am not able get name resolution.
in winxp i am using 2 WINS ip entry in network configuration.
i added these two entry in /etc/resolv.conf
but its not working
when i run these commands i found these error

telnet ipkhp075
ipkhp075/telnet: Name or service not known

help me please
