Any bioinformatics people here using Fedora?

Hi
Are there any bioinformaticians/biologists out here using Fedora? If yes, what all biological/bioinformatics software do u use? And from where did u get them? Are there any bioinformatics software available in the repositories? I'm having difficulty hunting them in the repos and my guess is that they're not there.
In Ubuntu it was so convenient, I could easily look in Synaptic what all related software the repos had.

Anyway do reply if u are a bioinformatician/biologist using Fedora as the bioinformatics workbench and plz give details abt yourself & your work.
