cant mount fat32 partion
ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

did u creat the mount point?
mkdir /mnt/hda1
|

oh and use vfat as filesystem not fat32
|

And
#mkdir /mnt/hda1
don't mount anything in /mnt
make a folder for each mount point in /mnt
And if you are lazy to sit and specify stuff when mounting CDs, etc...
mount -t auto /dev....
