Enabling 3D exceleration in FC3

I installed FC3. It detected my video card correctly and everything, an ATi Radeon 9600, But, no 3D exceleration(cant play Americas Army) How Do I enable it? What else can I do to make 3d games perform better? Any recomendations are very welcome.

Thanks a lot good sir. One thing, After replacing Xorg 6.8 with Xorg 6.7, do I need to restart before compiling/installing fglrx-4.3.0-3.14.6.i386.rpm? What is the deal with fglrx-4.3.0-3.14.6.i386.rpm? do I need to download/ install the package? do I not have it? Or do I need to re-install it.
