Do you have the source for your kernel installed? If not, download it in a RPM and use rpm -ivh <filename> to install it. Then try the make install command. i didnt have any problems installing ndiswrapper on my computer. I like ndiswrapper, very very cool program..
Hopefully that will help... If it still has problems, maybe you should move back to fedora 2 until the bugs get fixed in 3.. Fedora 2 works very good!
