WPA2-EAP with freeradius

I'm looking to set up freeradius to do eap-tls for WPA2 for my home network. I'm part way though the setup, and stumbling my way though this. Tried looking online for some guides / how-to / walkthrough on this but what I've found is either old or cryptic. Is there a good guide somewhere for this?

I realize this is more than I need for a home network, but this is mostly for my own education. I'm currently RHCSA, CCNP and persuing CCNA security. I want to understand how this works and be able to put it into practice.
