Question KDE: newbie from Gnome

I have changed to KDE, KDE looks clearer GNOME, but some things look strange to me.

1) Meta/Super key: in GNOME, we can use super key to open menu, but cannot in KDE. I have googled for many links but I cannot do. Who can teach me how to or give me a good link, please.
2) when you open a new app, it will show at the bottom bar. But I don't know sometimes, I do something and It lost all. It means my apps still running, I can choose by ALT+TAB, but I cannot choose by click at the end of the screen. who can teach me, how can I restore again.
3) How to disable touchpad will typing ? I have search in terminal ksynaptic, but no answer !!!

thanks

Take a look at this in KDE forums. It seems to suggest you cannot assign the window key to open the menu.
