Question Changing Fedora "Appearance"

I just finished installing Fedora on my netbook, but the problem I am seeing is that it is not the same as the one I just recently installed on a laptop... One is an x64, the other is an x86. This version seems more like a tablet, and I don't like it as much... I was wondering if there was a way to change it so it looks like the version that looks like Windows with it's own twist to it.

If you have NO clue what I am talking about, I want to make the picture on the homepage here:
http://fedoraproject.org/

Look like this:
http://spins.fedoraproject.org/kde/

on my computer. I don't like how it looks now, and help changing this would be much appreciated.

This is the Gnome Desktop version of Fedora (32 or 64 bit).

It is normal, depend by the version that you have downloaded.

There is a KDE spin of Fedora that ships with KDE instead of Gnome. It seems you picked an installation method that installs Gnome, but you can easily install the KDE programs afterwards:

Code:
yum groupinstall "KDE Software Compilation"
After running that as root, KDE should be available as a session choice in the login manager. Your login manager is probably currently GDM, where the session choice is only displayed after you select your username.
