ssd as a boot drive for fedora 16

hi to all!

this is my first question in this forum!

i use fedora 16 and i currently have a 1TB internal WD hard disk. I want to buy a SSD internal disk to use it only as a boot device and use the other 1TB hard disk for my data. Is an SSD with 16GB ok? Or how much is required? Any link to a "how to article", website, anything? Glad to send me links to read myself, no need to write the story of your lives :P
