The settings for the touchpad tapping:(

ah somebody tell me what are the right settings for all these values.. will be infinitely thankful! right now if i move my mouse, it automatically clicks and drags.. such a pain in the ass.. scroll is not up to satisfaction too... fedora's implementation of touchpads is really really erratic!

My computer is a dell, with a synaptics touchpad.
