No sound, touch screen and bluetooth on panasonic cf-74

hello guys, i've installed fedora 15 on my panasonic toughbook cf-74.
m a newbie to fedora. i searched froum for related posts and tried with alsa and all other possible tweaks, but not suceeded.
in sound hardware it is showing the intel sound hardware but it is not giving any sound, not any error.
m not able to start the bluetooth device too and m not seeing any touch screen hardware detected in my system. i saw this lspci in many posts to help out so i pasted it for my laptop.

m getting the output via headphones but not invuilt speakers
