Question Fedora 14 + RTL8191S WLAN Adapter + hostapd

Hi,

I've got Fedora 14 (2.6.35.12-90.fc14.i686.PAE) installed and i'm trying to use hostapd with my Realtek RTL8191S USB WLAN Adapter, but can't get it to work.

The driver i'm using is : rtl8712_8188_8191_8192SU_usb_linux_v2.6.0006.20100 601.tar.gz

with default hostpd that comes with Fedora 14, i get this:

hostapd -dd -t /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
1304353329.242608: Configuration file: /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
1304353329.242901: ctrl_interface_group=10 (from group name 'wheel')

1304353329.446041: nl80211 driver initialization failed.
1304353329.446047: wlan0: Unable to setup interface.

Then i downloaded 0.7.3 src.rpm from rawhide and recompiled it.

Now with 0.7.3 i get this:

hostapd -dd -t /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
1304353433.507557: Configuration file: /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
1304353433.507846: ctrl_interface_group=10 (from group name 'wheel')

1304353433.508097: nl80211 driver initialization failed.
rmdir[ctrl_interface]: No such file or directory

Anyone had this problem before?
