Ubuntu PXE install, network is down

hi all,
when i tried to install linux OS by PXE, i met "network is down" error. In my client machine, it has two net cards, one is for PXE named A, the other is for normal network named B. both net cards are DHCP. when booting from PXE, i could see PXE menu, but after i selecting linux OS to install, met error "net work is down". i checked /var/log/syslog, net card A was assigned the right IP, but after "net work is down". it couldn't get IP any more, however, net card B could get right IP.
any help would be appreciated,thanks!
