Issue with finger print reader on T61

I have a Lenovo T61 with the finger print reader. In F12 I had set this up and it up and it worked decently (~90% of the time). I updated to F13, and now the thing almost never works.
Has anyone run into similar issues and are there some possible fixes? I was hopeful when I saw a PAM update come across yesterday, but no luck.
Thanks!

Re: Issue with finger print reader on T61

In some testing, it appears that this works just fine for everything except the login screen (gdm?). Guess I'll need to go see what got messed up there and rebuild from source, unless someone has any better ideas.
