unexpected Problem in dhcp

hi guys

i m facing a very strange problem while installing the dhcp server using yum online repo, when i try to install dhcp using yum its conficts with dhclient.below is the output which i get while installing dhcp

Transaction Check Error:
file /usr/share/man/man5/dhcp-eval.5.gz from install of dhcp-12:4.1.1-9.fc12.i686 conflicts with file from package dhclient-12:4.1.0p1-12.fc12.i686
file /usr/share/man/man5/dhcp-options.5.gz from install of dhcp-12:4.1.1-9.fc12.i686 conflicts with file from package dhclient-12:4.1.0p1-12.fc12.i686


i try to uninstall dhclient using yum but while unistalling ,its also remove NetworkManager packages,so network connectivity is down while unintalling dhclient.

so u guys suggest me what to do now

2 things to try
as root
rpm -force -uvh /var/cache/yum/where ever the rpm has been downloaded

or

as root

just delete the files since they are not binary and are only man pages
then do your yum again..


rm /usr/share/man/man5/dhcp-eval.5.gz
rm /usr/share/man/man5/dhcp-options.5.gz

yum update -y
