Newbie needs help installing flash player

Hellow guys, I'm new to the world of linux, about 3 days old. I decided to go with Fedora for my first try. I have it installed and now trying to install falsh player bot adobe, and gnash but with now success. How do i get this done, i already have it downloaded on my pc but don't know any commands to run this thing, pleae help

Hello and welcome to Fedoraforum.org,

The easy way to install flash, codecs ect. is to use easylife or autoten. Both work well and make the install of such things simple.
