Wireless Problem Zyxel G-120 pcmcia

I have a dell laptop with a Zyxel G-120 pcmcia wireless card. For some reason I cant get the wireless network working.

when I run the command lspci -v it seems the driver is loaded but in Capabilities i get access denied as shown below.

07:00.0 Network controller: ZyDAS Technology Corp. Device 2116 (rev 01)
Subsystem: Device 3403:0308
Flags: medium devsel, IRQ 11
Memory at 4c000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [disabled] [size=4K]
Capabilities: <access denied>

Can someone help me.
I am new to Linux so bear with me if I am a bit slow.

thanks
