Return 501 using .htaccess or something else.

Hey guys, I'm hosting multiple domains under a single IP and I was wondering if it's possible that I can return 501 if some types the actual IP in the address bar.

Like http://111.111.111.111 returns 501, but http://blah.com goes to blah.com et al.
