Question WonderShaper

My aMule process is hogging my connection (my guess is, it's flooding it with upload requests) so I tried WonderShaper which is known to help. Alas, I get an "illegal argument" on RTNETLINK calls made by the script. My guess is the standard kernel (I'm using 2.6.7-1.494.2.2smp) does not have the QoS options compiled either inline or as modules. So, is this it and if so, which options do I have to compile in? (Fedora Core 2)

Thanks!
