IDEA: Fedora Addon CD/DVD

Hi,
I am an Ambassador for Bangladesh. Soon, I am going to arrange a Fedora party here. However, in our country, 90% of people has not any internet connectivity. And we all know, without internet, it's difficult to use a Linux system. So, what I want to do, I need to create an Addon CD/DVD where I want to add some basic important software packages with it. For example audio/video and all multimedia codecs, Java, Wine and some other packages that doesn't come with official Fedora CD/DVD but very necessary for home computing. Btw, I know, we have Fedora Unity Spins. But as there has not any torrent available, it's really impossible to download whole 16 GB packages. Because, here in Bangladesh, we get maximum 30 KBps of download speed. And connection is not so stable.

So, I need to know,

0. How to install software without using internet in GUI?
1. How to create an addon CD/DVD , where I'll include only some of basic packages?
2. How to add this addon CD/DVD to yum sources, that I can install packages using yumex or other package manager without using internet? (in GUI, if possible)

Is it really possible?

If I can create this addon CD/DVD, I can ensure you guys, so many people will start using Fedora as their main OS.
