problem with booting fedora live-USB from NTFS...

I have problems with booting a home-made fedora livecd (made into a live-USB) from NTFS. I created with Fedora LiveCD-creator, a livecd which squashfs.img exceeds 5 GB, and because of that, it wont fit on a FAT32 filesystem.

I formatted the filesystem in NTFS, and selected grub4dos as bootloader.
The bootloader loads correctly, and also the kernel, but it says then:

mounting /dev/root
lrwxrwxrwx 1 0 0 9 Sep 2 19:47 /dev/root -> /dev/ram0
mount: you must specify the filesystem type
Bug in initramfs /init detected. Dropping to a shell. Good Luck!
bash-3.2# exit
Kernel Panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

In my grub4dos, my menu.lst looks like this:
-------------------------------------------------------
color black/cyan yellow/cyan
timeout 1
default /default

title=LiveCD
kernel /vmlinuz0 root=/dev/ram0 looptype=squashfs loop=/LiveOS/squashfs.img initrd=/initrd0.img
initrd /initrd0.img
-------------------------------------------------------

is this correct?

The filesystem on the USB memory looks like this:

/
-------------------------------------------------------
gldr
grub.exe
initrd0.img
menu.lst
vmlinuz0

/LiveOS
-------------------------------------------------------
livecd-iso-to-disk
osmin.img
squashfs.img
