Question Installation error before loader loads but not sure what is it

I am installing ver 9 on one system the loader (I have ruled out the optical drives and DVD and the backplane and hard drives as the source of the issue).

I choose install or upgrade. It starts to load and then I get the following error and it repeats over and over

MAR:DRHD (flags 0x0000001c)base:0x0000fe01000000

any ideas what else could be causing this?
