TAB and the Terminal

Just curious, im not even in front of Fedora now (im avoiding customers at work, ooooh tech support, can you feel the love ), but last night i was using a friends terminal on Ubuntu and i found this very cool feature:
-when you type half a command, say "yum -y ins" and then press TAB, the UI would finish the command or give you options to finish the command.
My terminal on fedora7 wont do that, SUCK!
Is there a plugin i can get ?

To be honest i dont know the difference. I use a CLI interface with my Cisco routers, is that what your talking about.
I think im over my head here.

Command and filename completion works the same way in Fedora as it does in Ubuntu. It's a feature of the shell (bash, tchsh or whatever). It won't complete command options like "install" with yum.
