Error: UDP socket opening failed

Hi,

I am running a mobile IP program.

The program was running fine. Immediately after a successful run, the program started throwing an error "UDP socket opening failed".

Can someone please explain in what scenarios is the kernel unable to open the socket.

thanks and regards,
FDD
