How do I burn the DVD with nero?

Hello everuyone.
Last night I downloaded the DVD of Fedora Core 6 with torrent. Now I have one ISO image and I dont know what to do with it and how to burn it. I tryed many ways (before I had to appear stupid) but except that I destroyed 5 DVDs I did nothing. I am asking here for detailed instructions on how to properly burn the ISO on DVD.
Thanks in advance.

I don't have Windows or Nero, but I did find this on the web: http://www.digitalfaq.com/dvdguides/...vd/nerodvd.htm
