how to stop bootup from trying to start wifi0?

I have a D-Link DWL-G520 Atheros wireless card in this rig. I got madwifi and network-manager working perfect.

But on bootup, it starts the wired network fine and then tries to start wifi0. Of course there is no wifi0 and it can't ever get an IP, so it just slows my boot time by a very long minute or two. VERY annoying!

I'm sure this is very simple, but I don't know where to look to turn that off. It's in some config file somewhere, right?

system-config-network edit the profile for wifi0 uncheck the activate device when computer starts box
