Squirrelmail Immdiately dropping connection: ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server

OK, am really new at the whole Linux game and Fedora just look the greatest, so here I am. Now, the setup I have is more or less totally as is how it is auto setup using software installation from Packet Manager, came across Webmin and used it to install Dovecot.

So Have Apache, Postfix, Dovecot and Squirrelmail all installed fine. I can browse to pages Ive made and am hosting, postfix is sending and reciving mail fine (I use Webmin for this currently) but when I goto access my mail via squirrelmail, I log in with root acc. and IMMDIATELY am returned "ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server"

Now the Googling Ive done has lead me to believe that this error can happen when attachemnt sizes are too big, but given the mailbox is only about 6Kb, I dont think thats it yet. Ive looked over and over again. Ive tried switching between Postfix and Sendmail (again control this via Webmin) and when doing so changing the conf.pl for squirrelmail, but no good

Can someone please help a hopeless and desperate n00b find his feet...

Yep. the dovecot binary does not allow root logins. You can't do this unless you hack the source code (and there's a good reason why it's set up this way).
