How do i report a bug?

Okay...a lot of us are having problems with our ATI driver, or Xorg ver7, or something else. Im not real sure any of us knows exactly what the problem is But, i know how to generate the problem for someone to look at and perhaps, maybe someday soon this can be resolved. So where do i go to submit my problem?

iT WILL BE MY 1ST TIME DOING THIS STUFF SO GO EASY ON ME.

For reporting bugs against software that is part of Fedora formal software repositories, see http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugsAndFeatureRequests
