Screen Resolution?

Hello
Im new to Fedora (and Linux in general, Suse 10 was the first I ever used) and I got my drivers installed for my video card, I think. It was soo much easier for me than to learn in Suse, and I have Nvidia display setting under Apps>Sys.Tools>Nvidia display settings which suse didnt have. I used this site and basically copy and pasted all the way through.

But Im wondering cause my screen has a funky native rez. 1440x900. Its a viewsonic widescreen. And I cant figure out how to get that resolution on this OS. Basically I wanna play AA and Enemy Territory which I hope is as easy to install, but thats another thread (maybe, lol). Does anyone know how to get that rez.?

Hello:
If the resolution that you want is not available in /System/Administration/Display then open a terminal and log in as root and type gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf
and add the resolution that you want in the SubSection Display area. Then restart X or reboot the machine.
