Yes, I believe it is a problem with your DVD. Check your ISO with sha1sum first. If your ISO file fails to match the sha1sum, download it and check it again. Then use
imgburn (free) to burn the DVD. Be sure to use the
verify after writing option. If the DVD fails the verify check after burning with imgburn, try burning it again at the lowest speed.
