CPU: Intel Celeron 1.4GHz socket 370
MB: ASUS CUSL2-C
HD: Seagate 20GB Model: ST320413A (specifications: http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/ata/st320413a.html)
Memory: RAM 256MB 133 Sansung
Capture card: Pinnacle PCTV
2 Ethernet cards: 3Com 3c905c-tx
sound card: SoundBlaster Live 5.1
video card (too old ): ATI 3D Rage Pro AGP 8MB

I'm running:
Fedora Core 4
Kernel: 2.6.14-1.1656_FC4
FireStarter
Clamav

About SeLinux and Firewall:
I've desabled both completely and installed FireStarter and set it to "start when dialling to outside" and unchecked it from "Services" and then ran all the tests at http://scan.sygate.com/ and it was approved!

Services:
Ok, I've desabled cpuspeed and now I'm runnig:

cups
cups-config-daemon
hplip
network
wine

I'm not sure what will happen if I uncheck Wine.

The new boot time is 41 seconds . Here is Bootchart:

EDIT: Is there something I can do with "usb.agent"? It's killing my processor on boot process.
