The floppy-disk driver isn't automatically loaded into the kernel by the new Udev/Udisk infrastructure, so the installer's boot-scripts explicitly load it so that /dev/fd0 will exist if needed (whatever for I don't know). If you don't actually have a floppy drive, the kernel module will give that error. It's completely harmless (unless you do have a floppy drive and actually want to use it during the install process of course!)
