Fedora virtual machine under hyper-v - high CPU

I have a CPU issue with Fedora 20 virtual machine running under hyper-v. With the vm running but not visible CPU on my hyper-v host is around 1%, however as soon as the Fedora vm window is opened...

No more clues than that, it happens every time. I boot using Fedora 20 live DVD, click on install to hard drive, get the error above then nothing else happens.

Instruction followed, I hope I am now using the nvidia drivers. However gnome still reverts to gnome2 fallback mode. I have looked through Xorg.0.log but cannot find any reason for this to revert...

Fresh minimal install of Fedora 17 and 'lspci' seems to be missing. Had a look and /sbin/lspci does not exist, has this commands name been changed.

Yep added an entry for Fedora (/dev/sda7) to the openSUSE menu and it now runs fine. I had expected that Fedora would have overwritten the openSUSE MBR with its own menu.
