Looking at the change logs, the kernels are both based on 3.2. Don't let the name of the package throw you off, they rename it internally because some other packages in F15 break with the new kernel...

leigh's packaged 64bit flash plugin (http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=205642) seems to work great so far!

No other issues with the F14 upgrade...
