Perhaps what you want is client side programming with Javascript? Otherwise you will need to submit the form to the server each time you want to add a row and have PHP send back the table one row...

I had the same problem until I found a very helpful article on the problem. It turns out someone has tweaked the Japanese drivers to make them work with the iP1500 and make rpm's.
