i woulkd think its a little to early to be using F16 now when not all features for F16 are in. i'd atleast wait untill late next month to use F16 , though you could possible use PreUpgrade and point it to use rawhide now if your that desperate to use btrfs

Your response leads me to think that you saw my op.

my question was based on having not used fedora for a good period of time. But having further applied my mind i remembered that I was once able to do a F11 to F14 upgrade. Which would suggest to me that as long as I stop my Rawhide updates when F16 repos become available, the switch should be easy to get F16.
