newbie needs help (keyboard)

I am running FDC 4 and I use the kde interface. I can log into the system just fine but as soon as everything is up and running I no longer have use of any key on my keyboard. have tried 3 different keyboards. Can someone please point me in the right direction. It worked fine up until two days ago.

You might have configured the keyboard incorrectly. In a terminal type setup
The select keyboard configuration and set it up with the correct settings.

Use a PS2 keybord and mouse untill your system is running.....then you can run USB after your next reboot
